Sr. Specialist Solutions Architect (AI/ML)

What you will do

• Architect production-level ML and AI workloads, including agents, end-to-end ML pipelines, training and inference optimization, cloud-native integrations, and MLOps.
• Design enterprise GenAI solutions using RAG architectures, tool-calling and multi-agent systems, guardrails, natural-language querying, evaluation, observability, and monitoring.
• Build, scale, and optimize customer AI workloads across multiple business domains and productionize them with MLOps practices.
• Provide advanced technical support to Solution Architects across feature engineering, training, tracking, serving, and model monitoring during technical sales.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to represent customer needs, influence priorities, and drive adoption of AI offerings.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to the ML subject-matter-expert community.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on industry experience in machine learning.
• Experience as an ML Engineer building and maintaining production-grade AWS, Azure, or GCP infrastructure for ML applications, or as an AI Engineer working with LLMs and agentic systems.
• Knowledge of vector databases, LLM fine-tuning, AI guardrails, and LLM deployment with Hugging Face, LangChain, or OpenAI.
• Graduate degree in computer science, engineering, statistics, operations research, or a related quantitative discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to communicate and teach technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to complete technical training and role-specific outcomes within three months of hire; travel up to 30% when needed.
