What you will do

• Lead complex customer engagements as the primary technical authority and own architecture decisions, delivery, and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with executives and senior technical leaders to define platform strategies, roadmaps, and business-aligned solutions.
• Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions on Snowflake, including scalable data architectures, security, performance, and operability.
• Define MLOps practices covering deployment pipelines, monitoring, governance, and model lifecycle management.
• Drive adoption of Cortex, Streamlit in Snowflake, and Snowflake Intelligence, including replatforming complex AI/ML workloads.
• Mentor architects and consultants, resolve escalated technical issues, and contribute reusable architecture patterns and delivery accelerators.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting, data engineering, or senior customer-facing technical roles.
• Experience leading architecture decisions for large-scale enterprise data and AI platforms.
• Deep production experience with Snowflake, including data modeling, performance tuning, security design, and platform governance.
• Strong understanding of the data analytics and AI/ML lifecycles, including ETL, feature engineering, model deployment, monitoring, and governance.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, with the ability to produce and review production-quality code.
• Ability to influence executive and senior technical stakeholders and navigate complex organizational environments.

Nice to have

• Production experience with generative AI and large language model use cases.
• Experience establishing Centers of Excellence or enterprise-wide architectural standards.
• AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure Advanced, or Snowflake SnowPro Advanced certifications.
• Industry expertise in financial services, healthcare, media, or entertainment.
• Experience leading multi-team or multi-vendor delivery programs.
