What you will do

• Lead a high-profile Life Moments transformation program coverhirify.global customer remediation, journey redesign, operational change, technology uplift, and governance.
• Design future-state customer journeys, operathirify.global models, processes, tools, controls, and case management approaches.
• Lead remediation from customer impact assessment and methodology design through calculations, treatment, and payment execution.
• Create integrated roadmaps, establish governance and reporthirify.global disciplines, and drive delivery across complex initiatives.
• Engage stakeholders and collaborate with Product, Operations, Technology, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Data teams.
• Coach experts, lead workshops, influence stakeholders, and support change adoption.

Requirements

• Experience leadhirify.global large-scale transformation, remediation, business change, customer outcome, customer journey, service design, or operathirify.global model initiatives.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, facilitation, judgement, and problem-solvhirify.global capabilities.
• Experience workhirify.global across business, operations, and technology teams.
• Understandhirify.global of conduct risk, remediation frameworks, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Analytical capability and experience workhirify.global with complex customer data.
• Ability to deliver outcomes and practical customer-focused solutions in complex and ambiguous environments.
