Consultant - Strategy & Transformation Portfolio

What you will do

• Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps and execution plans.
• Support end-to-end portfolio management for Super Circle initiatives.
• Create portfolio transparency via reporting, analysis, and decision-ready insights.
• Track risks, dependencies, milestones, and delivery progress across initiatives.
• Facilitate alignment across Super Circles, Tribes, countries, and central functions.
• Support governance processes and transformation initiatives; develop management materials, reports, and presentations.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in consulting, change management, portfolio management, or business transformation.
• Strong portfolio management and governance capabilities.
• Ability to connect strategy, operating models, and execution.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills for management materials.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working in banking or another regulated industry.
