Senior Analyst, FP&A and Investor Relations

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid role at the corporate headquarters. Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.

Salary: USD $90,000–$115,000 annually, including on-target earnings.

What you will do

• Support investor-facing materials, including earnings scripts, Board and Audit Committee presentations, and ad hoc analysis.
• Translate operating performance and financial results into clear narratives for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting packages, dashboards, variance analysis, and forward-looking recommendations.
• Scale FP&A processes, reporting frameworks, planning capabilities, data quality, reporting efficiency, and forecasting accuracy.
• Support the implementation and optimization of planning tools such as Planful.
• Partner with corporate function leaders on budgets, forecasts, headcount planning, efficiency opportunities, investment decisions, ROI tracking, and Adjusted EBITDA targets.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in corporate FP&A, commercial finance, investor relations, investment banking, or corporate finance analytics.
• Advanced financial modeling and Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to handle large and complex datasets.
• Experience with revenue forecasting, gross margin analysis, or operating expense management.
• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills for communicating financial concepts to non-finance leaders and executives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Planful, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, or similar enterprise planning platforms.
• Experience integrating AI tools and automation scripts into financial workflows.
• Experience building scalable FP&A or investor relations processes in technology, media, or SaaS environments.
• Progress toward or completion of a CFA or CPA qualification.
