FP&A Manager (GTM)

Location: Hybrid role based in Irvine, Austin, the San Francisco Bay Area, Denver, or Akron, Ohio; onsite every Tuesday and Wednesday

Salary: $96,400–$144,600 per year

What you will do

• Partner with Finance and go-to-market executives to optimize sales productivity, marketing ROI, and channel performance.
• Lead annual planning for go-to-market functions and improve month-end close and executive reporting processes.
• Analyze sales funnel performance, marketing attribution, pricing strategies, customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, and revenue performance.
• Build forecasting models, financial models, variance analyses, dashboards, and Board reporting.
• Support product and pricing strategy through financial modeling and competitive analysis.
• Solve complex business questions through ad hoc analysis and improve team efficiency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including exposure to SaaS or software business models.
• Experience working with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, or other go-to-market teams.
• Strong expertise in planning and forecasting models that support business decisions.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to build and manage complex financial models.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for translating financial concepts into clear business narratives.
• Ability to work onsite each Tuesday and Wednesday in the assigned hybrid location.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, Intacct, Adaptive, Gong, or similar business tools.
• Experience incorporating AI into finance workflows.
• 2–3 years of private equity or investment banking experience.
