Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate Consolidation & G&A

Location: Toronto, Canada (hybrid); Remote-US; San Francisco, United States (hybrid)

Salary: US$131,000–US$154,000 base in Toronto, US$131,000–US$155,000 for US remote, and US$144,000–US$170,000 in San Francisco, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own the monthly consolidation of Engineering, Product, GTM, and G&A actuals and forecasts into the corporate P&L.
• Build and maintain monthly reporting packages covering actuals versus budget or forecast, variance commentary, and KPI tracking.
• Partner with G&A cost-center owners across Finance, Legal, People, and Operations on budgets, forecasts, headcount, and vendor spend.
• Maintain the corporate model and ensure source-system and functional-input mappings are accurate, documented, and scalable.
• Partner with Data and Accounting to replace manual spreadsheet extracts with repeatable, auditable BigQuery and dbt data pulls.
• Support CFO and finance leadership with unit economics, cost-efficiency, scenario analysis, and re-forecasting.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance.
• Required experience owning or building a corporate or consolidated model covering multiple functions or business units.
• Strong understanding of bottom-up P&L construction and reconciliation of functional inputs to actuals.
• Expert Excel or Sheets modeling skills, including SUMIFS, array formulas, and maintainable model architecture.
• Experience working with SQL and data warehouses, or the ability to learn quickly, plus hands-on experience with a modern ERP.
• Precise, self-directed working style with concise communication and strong attention to detail.
