Martech Solutions Manager (iGaming)

Location: New York City, hybrid

Salary: $121,000–$151,000 USD per year, plus potential short- and long-term incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Lead technology transformation and marketing innovation across the MarTech stack.
• Translate Marketing, Commercial, and Product requirements into technical specifications, integration designs, and phased delivery plans.
• Own solutions engineering for internal MarTech systems, including scalable architectures and end-to-end capability builds.
• Design data integrations, API and event-based connections, model-driven marketing, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Partner with Customer Marketing, Technology, Product, Data Engineering, and Platform teams to define integration approaches and technical standards.
• Evaluate build-versus-buy options, onboard new technology partners, and coordinate prioritization and delivery across business units.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in marketing technology, transformation, or solutions engineering leadership.
• Experience developing and implementing capabilities across multiple third-party marketing technology partners.
• Hands-on experience integrating MarTech tools with internal systems through APIs or event pipelines.
• Experience building personalized customer marketing campaigns using marketing technology, promotional platforms, and data warehouses.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration, coaching, influence, and adoption-driving skills.
• Familiarity with OKRs, JIRA, Asana, Monday.com, and agile or sprint-based engineering environments.
