Principal Product Marketing Manager - AI Innovation

Location: Remote within the US, or Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Chicago, or Denver.

Salary: $172,000–$230,000 USD base salary annually, with additional variable pay where applicable, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Define and evolve the overarching AI and orchestration narrative, connecting product capabilities into a unified market point of view.
• Translate models, agentic workflows, and data and orchestration architecture into clear customer value for practitioners and executives.
• Lead messaging and positioning for Tier 1 flagship AI launches and guide related launch content and campaigns.
• Research AI market trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs to refine the product narrative and inform roadmap decisions.
• Drive adoption and expansion of AI capabilities through lifecycle messaging, enablement, customer references, and case studies.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of product marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience owning Tier 1 bundled product releases and marketing an AI-native, agentic, or AI-managed product.
• Strong strategic storytelling and the ability to translate complex AI concepts into differentiated customer messaging.
• Deep understanding of AI models, agentic systems, and data architecture.
• Experience using AI tools in research, messaging, and content development.
• Executive presence and the ability to operate independently with senior Product and GTM leaders.
