Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Poland, Maine, United States; onsite, 2nd shift from 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM

Salary: $83,200–$90,141 per year, plus eligibility for a 10% annual bonus.

What you will do

• Manage warehouse and loader associate activities while providing support to production lines.
• Supervise loading, warehousing, quality assurance, shipping and receiving, equipment services, and branch maintenance.
• Coordinate with Route Operations to ensure product and equipment needs are fulfilled on time.
• Set daily workload schedules and maintain efficient department operations for sales and marketing needs.
• Manage inventory, parts, supplies, equipment, and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
• Select, hire, and train associates to operate and maintain equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; a technical college degree is preferred.
• Prior warehouse supervision experience, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and inventory software; Oracle experience is a plus.
• Forklift experience is required.
• Strong English language skills are required for communication and collaboration.
