Fulfillment Center Equipment Operator (Forklift)

Location: Dayton, New Jersey, United States; onsite fulfillment center work

Salary: $23/hour plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Operate reach trucks and forklifts for warehouse maneuvers.
• Complete receiving, picking, staging, shipping, special orders, quality control, and inventory auditing activities on time and in full.
• Lead process improvement initiatives across fulfillment center operations.
• Enforce workplace health and safety best practices.
• Take accountability for operational results and create action plans when targets are not met.

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Mandatory forklift and reach operator license; proof is required.
• At least two years of experience operating material handling equipment in a fulfillment center, warehouse, factory, or other production environment; skills will be tested during the interview.
• Ability to stand, move, and lift up to 49 lb (22 kg) in variable temperatures.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multistep processes.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Experience in a quality control environment.
• Experience working in small teams or startups.
