Dryer Operator

What you will do

• Operate front loaders, stand-up equipment, and forklifts after completing hirify.global certification.
• Support the maintenance team with belt, motor, valve, filter sock, bearing, screen, auger, paddle, and clutch pad replacements.
• Perform equipment cleaning, greasing, repairs, adjustments, visual inspections, and other maintenance duties.
• Use drills, airlines, air hammers, hoists, impact tools, and other hand and power tools.
• Complete paper documents, Microsoft Office files, digital worksheets, spreadsheets, emails, and shift handoffs.
• After six months, help train new team members and follow hirify.global safety rules and regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of experience preferred, but no experience is required.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate forklifts, stand-up equipment, and loaders.
• Ability to work collaboratively, complete cleaning duties promptly, and climb up to five flights of stairs for maintenance or inspections.
