What you will do

• Read blueprints and technical drawings to assemble mechanical components.
• Use hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material-handling equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues during assembly and document corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production colleagues to resolve manufacturing challenges and meet daily targets.
• Support basic maintenance activities and assist engineering or electrical teams when needed.
• Maintain accurate production records for assembled parts and completed quantities.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; sponsorship is not available.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior experience using hand tools and operating forklifts.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand mechanical systems and safe work practices.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds, climb ladders, stand for extended periods, and perform bending, twisting, squatting, and climbing.
• Ability to work in temperatures above 100°F or below 32°F, including indoor and outdoor environments.

Nice to have

• Associate’s degree or technical certification in mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related field.
• Experience or certification operating overhead cranes.
• Mechanical fitting experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Mounting experience.
