Partner Programs Strategy Director

What you will do

• Design and refine strategies to accelerate partner engagement, program adoption, satisfaction, mutual value, and growth.
• Develop actionable strategic plans and lead complex initiatives from concept through full implementation.
• Use advanced data analysis to identify trends, test hypotheses, measure performance, and improve program tactics.
• Create progress-tracking systems and provide senior leadership with performance metrics, insights, and recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between business units and technical teams, aligning execution with strategic objectives.
• Define requirements, maintain project documentation and knowledge repositories, and coordinate enablement and communications with marketing.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience creating and managing partner programs, including strategy development and operational execution.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, management, data analytics, or a related field.
• Strong project management, organization, synthesis, documentation, leadership, and executive communication skills.
• Experience building cross-functional relationships and leading complex, high-stakes initiatives.
• Ability to manage risks, solve problems efficiently, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience with advanced repository and knowledge management systems, plus familiarity with AI-related technologies.
