What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic, high-impact programs across the product organization.
• Lead cross-functional teams from Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to define milestones and deliverables.
• Rapidly prototype AI-powered solutions and agents to test ideas and accelerate delivery.
• Define business and process improvement plans aligned with organizational strategy and goals.
• Manage stakeholder alignment and maintain momentum in high-pressure, complex scenarios.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in program, product, or project management (or 5+ years with a Bachelor's degree).
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with AI prototyping, agent development, or the practical application of AI tools.
• 3+ years of experience working within a technology organization.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the executive presence to influence senior stakeholders.
