Program Manager, Talent Programs

Location: Hybrid, with in-office presence on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in Austin, TX; Akron, OH; Irvine, CA; Denver, CO; or the Silicon Valley region. Travel to an office 1–2 times per year is required.

Salary: $85,000–$110,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage learning and development, performance management, career leveling, and manager development programs from inception through close-out.
• Coordinate workstreams, dependencies, timelines, deliverables, and competing priorities across multiple programs.
• Serve as the primary contact for program participants, leaders, People Team partners, subject matter experts, and vendors.
• Facilitate recurring meetings, prepare status materials, document decisions, and escalate risks with recommended actions.
• Maintain program reports, dashboards, participation and completion metrics, retention data, and ROI tracking.
• Identify trends and improvement opportunities using feedback, program observations, and AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, business administration, or a related field.
• 2–6 years of experience coordinating programs, projects, or operations in a fast-moving business function.
• Strong organizational, project management, communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple programs independently in a deadline-driven hybrid and distributed environment.
• Ability to use AI and emerging technology to build repeatable workflows and improve efficiency and quality.
• Systems thinking, strong follow-through, and the ability to communicate complex program information clearly.

Nice to have

• Human resources experience.
• Experience drafting program communications, training materials, or enablement content.
• Prior experience in a structured, fast-paced industry or business function.
