Senior Perception Component Platform Lead

Location: Irving, Texas, United States; onsite five days per week. Domestic relocation assistance is available. Travel is less than 20%.

Salary: $147,760–$221,640 per year.

What you will do

• Manage multiple camera perception component development programs aligned with corporate requirements.
• Coordinate business, product, and system partners and manage resources for project deliverables.
• Drive project progress, monitor costs, communicate status, and resolve delivery issues.
• Direct staffing, motivate and develop project teams, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Work with internal teams and suppliers to design, develop, deliver, qualify, and integrate perception components.

Requirements

• Degree in accredited engineering, computer science, or materials science program.
• Experience delivering perception components such as cameras into production.
• Experience with system integration of perception components.
• Experience working with Tier 1, Tier 2, and contract manufacturers or other suppliers.
• Strong communication, organizational, troubleshooting, analytical, project management, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work onsite five days per week in Irving, Texas.
