Automation Supplier Execution

Location: Kankakee, Illinois, United States

Base salary: $138,000–$164,000 per year, with potential incentive compensation and equity.

What you will do

• Execute the local operating framework for strategic OT partners, suppliers, and shared service delivery models.
• Define partner, shared service, and internal team responsibilities, interfaces, governance practices, escalations, and approvals.
• Manage master service agreements, quality plans, service agreements, maintenance agreements, and project contracting templates.
• Oversee partner delivery of operational and capital OT projects, including governance, documentation, testing, handover, and lessons learned.
• Align partner responsibilities with the lifecycle of PCS, MES, OSI PI, LIMS, and other OT enterprise platforms.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, scorecards, and business reviews while leading performance improvements and resolving contractual or structural issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in engineering, automation, computer science, or a local equivalent.
• 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in execution systems, operational technology, IT, and operations.
• Experience with process automation, MES, and ISA S88 and S95 standards in batch manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience designing, building, deploying, and supporting SCADA, DCS, MES, PAT, LIMS, digital methods, and OSI PI systems in regulated process manufacturing.
• Experience writing, executing, and monitoring automation contract deliverables.
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, regulatory compliance, and knowledge of cGMPs in biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
