Technical Account Manager I (Robotics)

Location: Dallas, TX; Los Angeles, CA; or Phoenix, AZ. The role includes warehouse and industrial site deployments, travel, and extended on-site assignments of 2+ months in other U.S. states or neighboring North American countries.

Salary: $79K–$113K per year, plus a discretionary annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead the full project lifecycle for unmanned forklift deployments, from kick-off and implementation through commissioning, final validation, and completion reporting.
• Analyze customer requirements and create project plans, Work Breakdown Structures, timelines, and milestones.
• Set up, test, validate, and support robots in customer environments, including integration with PLC, WMS, and MES systems.
• Coordinate customers, SI partners, manufacturers, ODM vendors, development teams, sales teams, and on-site operations.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact, troubleshoot operational issues, and recommend deployment improvements.
• Collect field feedback and prepare structured documentation and completion reports.

Requirements

• Experience delivering projects involving unmanned forklifts, AMRs, or AGVs.
• 2+ years of project management experience in system integration, solutions, logistics automation, or manufacturing automation.
• Experience leading the full project lifecycle, including on-site setup, commissioning, final inspection, and reporting.
• Strong customer-facing communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel for long-term assignments of 2+ months across U.S. states and neighboring North American countries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with robotics, logistics automation, or factory automation projects.
• Understanding of SLAM, navigation, LiDAR, and 2D/3D vision sensors.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management experience.
• Ability to read and interpret 2D/3D CAD drawings.
• Korean language proficiency.
