Salary: $127,500–$150,000 per year

What you will do

  • Manage up to seven project managers responsible for projects within a clinical portfolio.
  • Coordinate team workflows, processes, portfolio metrics, and client contract services.
  • Coach, develop, and manage team performance while supporting the broader project team.
  • Execute assigned construction projects and contribute to strategic initiatives.
  • Develop project management best practices, process improvements, and quality initiatives.
  • Coordinate with facilities management, transactions, engineering, senior leaders, clients, vendors, architects, engineers, and contractors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, business administration, or a related field.
  • 10 or more years of related experience.
  • Advanced project management skills and a strong understanding of project management operations.
  • Experience with client relations, client management, contract negotiations, and consulting.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, including the ability to present analyzed data to clients and project teams.
  • Working knowledge of architectural and engineering drawings, construction concepts, and Microsoft Office.
