Manager of Legal Ops (Legal Tech)

hirify.global provides contract lifecycle management software for managing commercial agreements, workflows, and legal operations.

What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day legal operations and align delivery with Legal Department and company objectives.
• Plan legal operations and deliver key legal performance indicators and reporting.
• Act as the internal champion and power user of hirify.global’s CLM platform, optimizing contract processes, tracking obligations, deadlines, reviews, and non-standard terms.
• Establish intake channels, request triage, prioritization, and approval workflows.
• Maintain standard agreements, agreement playbooks, internal documentation, and training materials.
• Build onboarding and training initiatives, manage legal technology budgets, measure ROI, and implement AI-enabled technologies and workflow automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 6 years of direct experience in legal operations or operational leadership in high-growth or technology-enabled environments.
• Experience building legal operations systems and processes from the ground up.
• Experience developing business cases, managing budgets, and measuring ROI for operational initiatives and technology deployments.
• Experience with B2B SaaS or XaaS commercial agreements, including MSAs, PSAs, DPAs, and NDAs.
• Strong experience with contract repositories, obligation tracking, analytical decision-making, project management, and cross-functional communication.

• Experience supporting CLM, procurement, legal, or workflow automation platforms.
