What you will do
- Communicate with customers via online chats and emails
- Maintain a prompt and empathetic attitude
- Resolve customer complaints effectively
- Know products thoroughly to answer questions
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support
Requirements
- Proficiency in written and spoken Czech/Slovak and English
- Proactive attitude towards customer support and sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous support experience is advantageous
