Overview
Join 's team of 1,300 bright minds creating innovative ideas and products, shaping formats, and launching what works in the customer support role.
What you will do
- Communicate with customers through online chats and emails, maintaining a prompt and empathetic attitude.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints to ensure their satisfaction.
- Provide professional customer support, knowing our products inside and out to answer questions effectively.
Requirements
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Norwegian and English.
- Proactive attitude with a knack for customer support and sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a support role is advantageous.
