What you will do
- Provide first-line support for customers and internal users via chat, email, and occasionally phone.
- Offer expert consultations on products including Cloud, CDN, Hosting, and AI services.
- Perform technical diagnostics to resolve issues and identify the root cause of incidents.
- Collect detailed technical information and escalate complex incidents to higher support tiers.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in technical support.
- Proficiency in networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, MAC address, ping, traceroute).
- Experience with hardware and software diagnostics, including log analysis.
- English: B2 level or higher required.
- Location: Must be based in Poland.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent customer advocacy skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Cloud, CDN, or Hosting services.
- Practical experience with Linux and API.
