What you will do
- Communicate with customers via online chats and emails.
- Maintain a prompt and empathetic attitude towards customers.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Know products thoroughly to answer customer questions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.
Requirements
- Proficiency in written and spoken Italian and English.
- Proactive attitude with customer support and sales skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Previous support experience is advantageous.
