TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland (Inflancka 4B and 4C Street).

Salary: 71,700 - 102,000 PLN gross per year.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary operational contact for clients, managing requirements, delivery timelines, and quality issues.
  • Coordinate meetings and communication between clients and internal Customer Success and Sales teams.
  • Translate client requirements into actionable internal work orders and monitor project progress.
  • Partner with internal operations teams to troubleshoot inquiries and ensure effective workflows.
  • Coordinate with quality assurance teams to perform pre-delivery checks and maintain high service standards.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client data and suggest improvements for more robust database production.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working with corporate clients.
  • Fluency in English and Italian at a minimum B2 level is mandatory.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a client-centric mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
