Senior Analyst, Analytics & Forecasting

hirify.global operates a Global Support and Integrity Operations organization focused on improving support experiences for Dashers, Consumers, and Merchants while managing customer retention and operational costs.

What you will do

• Manage processes, timelines, priorities, and communications with senior leadership partners across multiple initiatives.
• Drive business outcomes for Global Support and Integrity Operations through initiatives with Data Science and Business Intelligence.
• Create reports, analyses, BI dashboards, and datasets within tight timelines to address operational needs.
• Lead demand planning for designated business lines and scale planning processes to support growth.
• Identify opportunities for business improvement, system optimization, and automation.
• Implement data-driven process enhancements and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, Customer Experience, Data Science, and Business Intelligence.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field, or bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field plus at least two years of relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Experience building dashboards with BI tools such as Tableau, Sigma, Power BI, QuickSight, or Looker.
• Ability to read ETL pipelines, collaborate with Data and Software Engineers, and design new metrics with Data Scientists.
• Ability to lead projects independently, influence without authority, and collaborate with Operations and Finance.
• Advanced English proficiency in written and spoken communication is required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Snowflake and Sigma.
