RevOps Analyst (HubSpot/Power BI)

What you will do

• Own annual revenue planning and monthly forecasting for enterprise customers.
• Build growth scenario models covering upsell potential, pricing elasticity, margin, and churn risk.
• Design and maintain renewal and expansion lead-to-cash workflows in HubSpot.
• Manage forecast stages, opportunity governance, non-standard renewal pricing, and cross-functional handoffs.
• Build executive Power BI dashboards for pipeline health, retention, productivity, and KPI governance.
• Implement AI workflow orchestration in HubSpot and predictive revenue models using Power BI, DAX, and integrated datasets.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations; B2B or SaaS experience is preferred.
• Advanced HubSpot expertise, including custom reports, workflow automation, deal pipeline management, and property creation.
• Proven Power BI experience with DAX, data modeling, paginated reports, embedded dashboards, and business insights.
• Strong Excel skills for ad hoc modeling and scenario analysis.
• Experience with forecasting, retention metrics, executive presentations, and translating complex data into actionable stories.
• Current and continuing United States work authorization without restrictions or expiration is required.
