What you will do
- Prepare, maintain, and distribute weekly and monthly sales reports, dashboards, and recurring reporting deliverables.
- Extract, compile, validate, and maintain sales data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and integrity.
- Track sales performance metrics, conduct basic analysis, and identify data inconsistencies.
- Support sales forecasting and planning by gathering inputs, updating trackers, and providing reporting support.
- Coordinate data and reporting requirements with sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Document standard operating procedures, support data cleansing, and respond to ad hoc data requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business support roles.
- Basic knowledge of sales operations, business reporting, and data management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with attention to data accuracy.
- Internship or academic experience with datasets, reporting, or analytics is preferred.
