Senior Analyst, Operations Analytics & Forecasting

What you will do

• Manage multiple initiatives, processes, timelines, and communications with senior leadership.
• Drive business outcomes across Global Support and Integrity Operations through cross-functional technical projects.
• Create reports, analyses, BI dashboards, and datasets within tight timelines.
• Lead demand planning for designated business lines.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, system optimization, and automation.
• Streamline and scale planning processes to support the distinct needs of each business line.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field, or a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field with at least two years of relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Experience building dashboards with BI tools such as Tableau, Sigma, Power BI, QuickSight, or Looker.
• Ability to read ETL pipelines and collaborate with Data and Software Engineers.
• Ability to design metrics, lead projects independently, and influence cross-functional partners without authority.
• Advanced English proficiency in written and spoken communication is required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Snowflake and Sigma.
