Maintenance Technician III 1 - Full Time

Location: Las Vegas Distribution Center, 6260 E Ann Road, Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. Onsite schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Salary: $34.25–$36.65 per hour, with possible shift differential pay depending on the schedule.

What you will do

• Inspect, monitor, and maintain facility structures, equipment, and surrounding building grounds.
• Perform major mechanical repairs on standard warehousing equipment.
• Perform advanced electrical repairs under the direction of the Maintenance/Facilities Manager.
• Coordinate with local service providers, inspectors, and property asset managers.
• Work with other technicians to maintain the functional performance of the building and its equipment.

Requirements

• Experience maintaining facility structures, equipment, and building grounds.
• Ability to perform major mechanical repairs on warehouse equipment.
• Ability to perform advanced electrical repairs.
• Ability to work onsite at the Las Vegas Distribution Center on the specified Monday–Thursday shift.
