Mobile Maintenance Technician

Location: Portland, Maine, USA; requires travel between client sites using a company vehicle.

Salary: $26.35–$31.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building equipment and systems.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and repair or replace defective components.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repair calls as needed.
• Document work performed and reconcile work orders and parts through a PDA system.
• Maintain the company van, tools, parts inventory, and a clean, safe work environment.
• Follow C&W Services and OSHA safety policies while assisting other trades.

Requirements

• High school diploma or technical school certification.
• 3–5 years of commercial or retail facility maintenance experience.
• Current state-issued driver’s license with a good driving record required.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools, safety procedures, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently in indoor and outdoor environments, at heights, in confined spaces, and on rooftops.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds and remain active for extended periods.
