Salary: $107,000–$144,000

What you will do
- Own and prioritize the Workday and ERP product backlog, aligning initiatives with organizational strategy and business value.
- Translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria for delivery teams.
- Serve as the primary decision-maker for backlog prioritization, scope, and functional tradeoffs.
- Collaborate with platform owners, analysts, and developers to support sprint planning and solution delivery.
- Evaluate Workday releases and configuration changes, coordinating testing and stakeholder communication.
- Drive continuous improvement across ERP processes, integrations, and user experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, or business systems analysis.
- Strong knowledge of Workday Financials and PSA, including configuration and release management.
- Proven experience supporting enterprise resource planning platforms and business process improvement.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments with responsibility for backlog management and sprint planning.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Background in professional services, accounting, or financial services.
- Workday PRO Certifications.
- Experience coordinating with distributed or offshore delivery teams.
- Formal Agile certification such as CSPO, PSPO, or SAFe POPM.
