Product Owner, Workday ERP

Salary: $107,000–$144,000 annual base pay, with potential eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Own and prioritize the Workday and ERP product backlog based on organizational strategy, business value, compliance, and operational priorities.
• Translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release priorities.
• Partner with Finance, Practice, and business leaders to define requirements and improve end-to-end processes.
• Collaborate with platform owners, analysts, developers, testers, and delivery partners during sprint planning, backlog refinement, releases, and solution delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement across Workday modules, integrations, reporting, user experience, and platform performance.
• Coordinate release evaluation, testing, validation, stakeholder communication, change readiness, documentation, and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in product ownership, product management, business systems analysis, or a related role.
• Experience supporting enterprise resource planning platforms and business process improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Financials and PSA, including configuration concepts, business processes, integrations, reporting, and release management.
• Experience with Agile delivery, backlog management, story refinement, sprint planning, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives and stakeholder needs into actionable requirements and delivery priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience in professional services, accounting, financial services, or matrixed business environments.
• Workday PRO certifications.
• Experience coordinating distributed, offshore, or third-party delivery teams.
• CSPO, PSPO, SAFe POPM, or an equivalent Agile certification.
