Salesforce Service Cloud Senior Product Owner

Location: Hybrid role based in Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, or Austin, United States.

Salary: $82,082–$193,440 base compensation.

What you will do

• Manage, prioritize, groom, and accept user stories in the Salesforce Service Cloud product backlog.
• Define product vision and roadmaps alongside the Product Manager while aligning business needs with development work.
• Act as the liaison between clients, platform architects, business stakeholders, and development teams.
• Coordinate PI planning, dependencies, workshops, demos, stakeholder reporting, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare user stories, business requirements, roadmaps, KPI updates, and weekly status reports.
• Support development and deployment activities, including Copado deployments when needed.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Experience with content management.
• Understanding of SSO and authentication for external users.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with internal on-premises and cloud solutions.
• Ability to manage user stories, requirements, testing tasks, deployments, and product documentation.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, or Austin.

• Knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Experience coordinating Copado deployments.
