Transfer Settlement Analyst

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah, United States; on-site required

What you will do

• Initiate ACAT transfer requests based on client-signed instructions to move assets into the firm.
• Reconcile incoming wires and account transfer activity, including residual positions and client or counterparty requests.
• Facilitate asset deliveries by coordinating internal notifications, approvals, and account termination steps.
• Process foreign and domestic settlements and verify account and asset information.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, streamline workflows, and reduce manual touchpoints.
• Manage relationships with PWM Sales teams, counterparties, vendors, and clients while escalating issues and mitigating risk.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of operations experience; familiarity with ACATS and settlement operations is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong PC, Microsoft Office, and web skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadline-driven tasks.
• Ability to make critical decisions under pressure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
