What you will do

• Engage with accounts at risk to prevent churn and improve retention.
• Drive product adoption and help customers realize value from the platform.
• Onboard new clients and support deployment.
• Debug workflow issues and escalate complex technical problems.
• Deliver training sessions for customer teams.
• Share customer insights with the product team.

Requirements

• Middle or senior-level profile with experience in customer success, technical account management, or a similar role.
• Technical aptitude and the ability to debug and investigate technical workflows.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, execution-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent English required.
• Based in Tel Aviv.
