GTM Systems Analyst (AI)

Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $114,000–$144,000 annually plus benefits, potential equity, and potential bonus.

What you will do

• Support and maintain the Salesforce-centered GTM systems architecture for more than 200 users across Sales, Marketing, Customer Advocates, Delivery Services, and Finance.
• Respond to day-to-day requests, troubleshoot systems issues, manage access, and distinguish technical problems from user guidance or process-improvement needs.
• Contribute to longer-term GTM systems projects through a sprint-based workflow, following plans and meeting deadlines.
• Run recurring data-governance activities and identify opportunities for automation, documentation, training, and self-service.
• Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, escalate complex work appropriately, and translate business needs into systems requirements.
• Handle sensitive business information and customer contracts with discretion and sound judgment.

Requirements

• Salesforce Administrator certification, active progress toward certification, or equivalent Salesforce fundamentals.
• Professional Salesforce administration experience; approximately one year may suffice with certification, while non-certified candidates should have deeper practical experience.
• Ability to triage competing requests, assess urgency and business impact, stay organized, and balance support with longer-term projects.
• Experience supporting or executing parts of GTM planning or systems-change cycles and following project plans to deadlines.
• Familiarity with agile or sprint-based workflows and tools such as Asana.
• Strong communication, collaboration, proactive service orientation, discretion, and ability to turn business needs into clear systems requirements.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Salesloft or Outreach, Clari, Gong, HubSpot, Fullcast, Clay, AI tools, enrichment tools, or similar GTM technologies.
• GovTech, public-sector sales, or complex-sales-cycle SaaS experience.
• Salesforce CPQ, quoting workflows, case management, or other customer-facing systems experience.
