What you will do
- Manage staff, systems, and operational performance for the Moncton ambulance-service administrative area.
- Provide workforce oversight, share on-call coverage, and support service-level improvements.
- Prioritize patient and customer service and develop an issue-resolution process.
- Manage employee and labour issues, mediate conflicts, and promote company policy compliance.
- Oversee recruitment and selection for site paramedic staff and develop effective teams.
- Provide backup ambulance support during emergencies.
Requirements
- Completion of an approved paramedic training program and current registration as a paramedic in New Brunswick or equivalent.
- At least five years of paramedic experience, including three years in a progressively responsible leadership role.
- Experience in EMS management, information technology, finance, and human resources.
- Valid New Brunswick Class 4 driver's licence or equivalent.
- Independent judgment, problem-solving, leadership, communication, negotiation, and dispute-resolution skills.
- Regular business hours are required, with some irregular hours expected; travel is required throughout New Brunswick.

- Post-secondary education in business administration.
- French and English bilingualism.
