Solutions Engineer (SaaS)

Location: Remote within the United States; travel 15–30% across North America.

What you will do

• Support pre-sales and solution design across budgeting, grants, and procurement products.
• Conduct tailored virtual and in-person product demonstrations, webinars, and marketing-led presentations.
• Lead discovery sessions, gather requirements, and map client needs to product capabilities.
• Maintain demo environments, datasets, integrations, configurations, and periodic database updates.
• Assist with scopes of work, effort estimates, solution designs, RFP responses, security reviews, and contract clarifications.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Project Management, Customer Success, Implementation, and Professional Services teams.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Engineer, preferably in SaaS, government technology, or public sector consulting.
• Experience with budgeting, accounting, forecasting, grants management, or procurement processes.
• Experience with requirements gathering, data analysis, system design, and business process mapping.
• Understanding of SaaS architecture, integrations, data migration, reporting, solution configuration, and demonstration databases.
• Strong presentation, communication, relationship-building, and consultative skills, including communication with executives and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work remotely within the United States and travel 15–30% across North America.

Nice to have

• Experience working with state or local governments.
• Familiarity with Euna Grants, Euna Budget, or Euna Procurement.
