Senior Solutions Engineer (SaaS)

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $160,000–$180,000 USD per year, plus variable compensation.

What you will do

• Advise prospective customers and develop technical solutions aligned with their business needs.
• Gather customer requirements and tailor hirify.global products and value propositions to relevant use cases.
• Create solution proposals, presentations, and other customer communications.
• Research, scope, and estimate Drupal solutions for enterprise-grade applications.
• Support competitive positioning, customer-facing meetings, and the transition from sales to delivery.
• Bring customer feedback to product teams and help influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical education, preferably in Computer Science, IT, or Information Services.
• 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role; sales or pre-sales experience is preferred.
• Experience at a SaaS company or familiarity with Drupal and cloud architectures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present technical concepts to small and medium-sized audiences and C-level executives.
• Strong questioning, interpretation, problem-solving, multitasking, and collaboration skills.

• Previous sales or pre-sales experience.
• Experience with Drupal and cloud architectures.
