What you will do

• Run complex cloud modernization and transformation programs from scoping through delivery.
• Build and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, dependency frameworks, and execution plans.
• Lead collaboration across multiple engineering teams and business units.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, and make trade-offs across competing priorities.
• Identify, track, and mitigate program risks and issues.
• Ensure technical capabilities meet quality, security, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in technical program or project management across cross-functional teams.
• At least 4 years of experience with cloud transformation programs.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience leading large technical programs from concept through delivery.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, system architecture, cloud technologies, and hardware integration.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or similar delivery frameworks, with strong stakeholder communication skills.
