What you will do

• Support a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
• Coordinate performance review cycles, including deadlines, reminders, and data collection.
• Structure and document People Management processes.
• Coordinate learning and development activities and track learning outcomes.
• Support team leads with talent development and career growth initiatives.
• Contribute to employer branding and employee engagement activities.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in HR or hands-on recruitment experience.
• Interest in building an end-to-end HR career.
• Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and basic reporting.
• Ownership mindset, responsibility, and a structured, detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• English at B2 level or higher.

• Recruitment experience and interest in transitioning fully into HR.
• Awareness of global HR trends and best practices.
