Junior HR Specialist

Location: Hybrid in Kyiv, Warsaw, or Lviv

What you will do

• Support smooth onboarding for new employees.
• Coordinate performance review cycles, including deadlines, reminders, and data collection.
• Structure and document People Management processes.
• Coordinate learning and development activities and track learning outcomes.
• Assist team leads with talent development and career growth initiatives.
• Support employer branding and employee engagement activities.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in HR or hands-on recruitment experience.
• Genuine interest in building an end-to-end HR career.
• Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and basic reporting.
• Ownership mindset and a high level of responsibility.
• Structured, detail-oriented approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• English at B2 level or higher.
