Human Resources Generalist (Poland & EMEA)

What you will do

• Support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding, including HR documentation, contracts, records, HRIS data, payroll, and benefits.
• Act as a trusted first point of contact for managers and employees across a workforce spanning 42 countries.
• Run end-to-end recruitment, partnering with hiring managers and managing sourcing, pipelines, offers, and candidate experience.
• Independently manage complex employee relations cases involving performance, absence, conduct, disciplinary matters, grievances, and investigations.
• Advise and coach managers while supporting fair, consistent, policy-aligned, and compliant decisions.
• Improve HR policies, processes, systems, employee experience, and scalability through technology, automation, and AI.

Requirements

• 8+ years of HR experience covering the full employee lifecycle.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Practical knowledge of employment law and HR compliance across different employment environments.
• Demonstrable experience independently handling complex employee relations matters.
• Experience advising and coaching managers on a broad range of people matters.
• Experience working effectively in a remote, globally distributed organisation, with an interest in HR technology, automation, and AI.
