People Operations Manager (AI)

Location: On-site in Warsaw, Poland; travel to Munich, New York, and Dublin is required for hub launches and joiner cohorts.

What you will do

• Run onboarding end to end, including recruiting handoff, pre-start setup, welcome kits, first-week support, buddies, and 30/60/90-day check-ins.
• Coordinate international relocations, including visa steps with external providers, timelines, housing, and arrival support.
• Manage employee milestones, role and office changes, recognition, offboarding, and cross-office rituals.
• Build and operate onboarding programs for 5–10 joiners per month across multiple hubs.
• Use AI tools to systematize People operations and automate joiner communications.
• Build the People function and lead it as the company grows.

Requirements

• Experience organizing a real event, program, cohort, or move end to end, with clear ownership of the scope and participants.
• Strong English, spoken and written.
• Proactive approach and ability to identify and complete work without waiting for instructions.
• Ability to improve first-week experiences and defend practical recommendations.
• Comfort working across recruiting, office operations, and People operations in a small, high-trust team.

Nice to have

• Experience running onboarding, buddy, or community programs at a startup.
• International relocation experience, either personally or supporting others.
• Experience creating welcome kits and durable employee content.
