What you will do

• Source caregivers, LPNs, and RNs via job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Screen applicants and conduct initial interviews to ensure quality fit.
• Coordinate onboarding and manage pre-employment documentation.
• Ensure all compliance requirements are met before hiring.
• Collaborate with operations to maintain optimal staffing levels.
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain records in the ATS.

Requirements

• Previous recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or home health.
• Experience sourcing through Indeed, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
