Location: Remote from the Philippines; flexible availability for U.S. business hours and any day of the week may be required.

Salary: PHP 40,000 per month plus performance bonuses.

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through offer acceptance, pre-employment processes, and onboarding.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications and role fit.
• Coordinate interviews and hiring activities with candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using ATS and CRM platforms while tracking recruitment metrics.
• Improve sourcing strategies, recruitment workflows, and candidate communications.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, executive search, HR, or candidate sourcing.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience conducting candidate interviews and evaluations.
• Familiarity with ATS, CRM systems, recruitment platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar tools.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, time-management, sourcing, and recruitment reporting skills.
• Availability to work U.S. business hours and any day of the week, with a laptop, stable 100 Mbps internet connection, and backup connectivity, equipment, and power.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting U.S.-based recruitment or staffing.
• Recruitment experience in sales, customer service, healthcare, administrative, operations, or professional roles.
• Experience with JobAdder, Workable, Greenhouse, Bullhorn, Indeed, Boolean search, or similar platforms.
