What you will do

• Identify potential candidates using job boards, social media, and networking.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
• Prepare job offers and manage initial offer discussions.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 0+ years of recruitment experience (entry-level).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and interpersonal communication skills.
