HR Operations Specialist

hirify.global is building a global payments orchestration platform for internet companies and serves clients including Bolt, Ajax, Nova Post, and MEGOGO.

What you will do

• Run new-hire onboarding from day-one logistics through first-30-days check-ins.
• Maintain accurate HR data across systems and build reports on headcount and People metrics.
• Coordinate performance review cycle logistics, including deadlines, reminders, form access, and data collection.
• Document People Management processes and identify gaps or points of failure.
• Schedule and track the L&D roadmap, including completion and feedback data.
• Support employer branding and employee engagement activities through event logistics and internal communications.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in HR, HR operations, or recruitment.
• Comfort with data, spreadsheets, and basic reporting.
• Structured, detail-oriented approach and strong ownership.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with the wider People team.
• English level B2 or higher.
