HR Operations Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Kyiv, Warsaw, or Lviv

hirify.global is building a global payments orchestration platform for internet companies and serves clients including Bolt, Ajax, Nova Post, and MEGOGO.

What you will do

• Run new-hire onboarding end-to-end, including day-one logistics and first-30-days check-ins.
• Maintain accurate HR data across systems and build simple reports and dashboards covering onboarding health, review completion, and engagement metrics.
• Coordinate performance review cycle logistics, including deadlines, reminders, form access, and data collection.
• Document People Management processes, identify process gaps, and turn existing knowledge into clear procedures.
• Schedule and track the L&D roadmap and collect completion and feedback data.
• Support Employer Branding and engagement activities, including event logistics and internal communications.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in HR, HR operations, or recruitment.
• Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and basic reporting.
• Structured, detail-oriented approach and the ability to identify issues early.
• Strong ownership and reliable follow-through without close supervision.
• Ability to work independently on routine processes while staying coordinated with the wider People team.
• English level B2 or higher.
