Renewals Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of existing customers to secure on-time renewals and improve retention.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Technical Success teams to assess renewal risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Identify, develop, and negotiate upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customers’ evolving needs.
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly renewal and expansion forecasts to the Renewal Director.
• Maintain renewal notes in Sparta, review contract requests, and support customers during renewal proposal calls.
• Improve product knowledge through onboarding training and hirify.global Academy.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Project Management, Business Development, Technical Account Management, Client Service, or Consulting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with senior business professionals across industry verticals.
• Foundational understanding of cybersecurity concepts; familiarity with enterprise networking technology is preferred.
• Strong time management, self-motivation, problem-solving, and adaptability.
• Ability to make proactive decisions independently within appropriate boundaries and work effectively in a team.
• Salesforce experience is preferred.
