Purchasing Assistant

Location: Full remote work arrangement for candidates in the Philippines

hirify.global operates a multi-brand accessories business with extensive product inventory and warehouse operations.

What you will do

• Monitor inventory trends, item performance, availability, and warehouse throughput.
• Place and revise purchase orders with vendors and review vendor invoices.
• Support shipment containerization, customs clearance, and import documentation.
• Allocate purchase orders by distribution center and manage target inventory levels.
• Develop ad hoc reports on stock positions, performance, and trends by category, vendor, and collection.
• Prepare presentations and reports for cross-functional, executive, and vendor meetings.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines and work remotely.
• Demonstrated extreme attention to detail and strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Adaptability, flexibility, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills; a bachelor's degree is strongly preferred, or 1–2 years of professional experience.
